Refund Policy

1. No Free Trial

TRANSCRIBEWAVE does not include a free trial unless explicitly stated on the site at the time of purchase. Your subscription begins immediately once checkout is completed successfully.

2. No Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We encourage customers to review the pricing, usage limits, supported formats, and product details before purchasing.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period, and access continues until the end of the paid term unless otherwise required by law or unless the account is suspended for policy violations.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A no-refund policy does not override card-network or banking rules. Customers may still have rights under applicable law and card dispute procedures.
