1. Service

TRANSCRIBEWAVE provides English-language audio and video transcription software for creators, businesses, and other professional users.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use TRANSCRIBEWAVE to upload, process, or distribute content that you do not own or are not authorized to use. You must not use the service to infringe copyrights, violate privacy rights, or process unlawful or abusive material.

4. Subscription Billing

TRANSCRIBEWAVE is a paid subscription service. There is no free trial unless expressly stated on the website at the time of purchase. Billing starts immediately when checkout is completed.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, plan limits, and features may change prospectively with reasonable notice.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, or product changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The TRANSCRIBEWAVE service, branding, website content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRANSCRIBEWAVE is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, use the service unlawfully, create risk for the platform, or fail to pay subscription charges when due.
